It's very simple, Ethan was freaking awesome!! I'm 73 years old and I've been to a hell of a lot of dealerships and mechanic shops and so yeah this was the best. And also I am very pleased now too have you guys as my shop, you know to get all my services and everything so I appreciate that. And you know what I really love? Now you're going to be in Lenox and just minutes from my home!!

It was fairly straightforward and easy, but I feel like if your looking at vehicle they should offer protection plans to research ahead of time instead of last minute as you're signing and filing financial paperwork, but I think that should apply to all car dealerships.
