Upon arrival, I was greeted by name front the VW service advisor, who had already prepared the service order, the work would take place over an expected two days, and Ethan would call me to update progress on diagnosis of the situation. Later that day, Ethan advised me that a needed replacement part was not in stock, but would arrive the next day. The next day Ethan called to advise the work was complete and that the car was ready for pickup. Upon arrival I was surprised to learn the nearly $600 repair was under warranty, and the car was washed with inside cleaned. In short, I am a "happy camper!"
