Service rep was outstanding. Improvement needs to be made in scheduling service for customers who cannot leave their car for the day and have to wait. I was spoiled by how my previous dealer perfected this aspect. A link was provided so I could check progress on my car. This link showed that the car sat for a full hour before servicing began. I only came in to switch out snow tires. The whole process took over two hours.
