    Their walk in services are exceptional, professional and curtióus and respectful. VW repairs and services employees have been honest fair and professional. I would refer VW mechanical services to friends and family members

    From the beginning when we drove up to the dealership and began walking the lot, there was no pressure from anyone. Chris came out and asked if he could answer any questions for us and did a little fact-finding which ultimately helped us find the right car.

    My VW service advisor, Ethan, recognized me upon my arrival and greeted me warmly. He expected me and had the service order prepared in advance. Work progressed and in good time Ethan came to advise me on the troubleshooting efforts I requested, indicating that my battery voltage was low - thus creating a condition for failure of the "auto start-stop" function. I agreed to the battery replacement, and not much later the work was finished and I was ready to go. Wondering aloud why I again chose the dealer versus a nearby garage, I note that this dealer has trained VW technicians, a robust parts supply, and a need to keep customer cars on the road. This is why I am still a "happy camper!"
