It was fairly straightforward and easy, but I feel like if your looking at vehicle they should offer protection plans to research ahead of time instead of last minute as you're signing and filing financial paperwork, but I think that should apply to all car dealerships.

Chris always does a great job taking care of my car, and this time especially he worked quickly to get me back to work for a meeting. 202,200 miles and counting!

Loved service , always like Ethan, but the 3% up charge on credit cards is cheesy and will ultimately hurt your customer relations…. Find another way to pad that bill, because not one business or client I know likes this practice. Will this apply to credit cards when buying a car?! Honestly, will lead me away to ask other dealerships their policy. By the way the cost didn’t matter, it’s the principle.
